We enjoyed almost every detail: prime location, approachable staff. Though you guys made our stay extra special, beds were not comfortable. Plenty of options, incredible food. Have stayed at this iconic hotel before and always had hospitable service.

Tbh the views were not so great, the bathroom - very compact.

Absolutely courteous staff, GOOD beds and absolutely superb breakfast. The view from our guest room was particularly nice. Loved the really safe area. Good restaurant and outdoor bar available. The team there provided first-class service.

Generous breakfast, fab location, extremely cheerful staff. A wonderful beach, superb view. Plus, distance to Baldersby Park was only 1 km. A twin room was reasonably priced and I liked it

Staff and food — everything was so fine. Well-equipped hotel in exceptional area. Pool was lovely too. Lovely garden outside. It was reasonably priced.

I had relaxing stay, nothing too much trouble. Spectacular location, beds were perfect and room was quiet. Exceptional view of lake. Easygoing staff kept the whole place tidy.
